Hide Yamagishi Leg Workout 4.5 Weeks Out from PBW Tampa


Hams first, Lying leg curls 5 sets including warm up set. 20-15 reps. Next is single leg curls 4 sets 20-15 reps. Next is stiff leg deadlifts 4 sets 20-15 reps. Next is seated leg curl 4 sets 20-15 reps. Hide feels each ham a little different from each exercise. Quads now, 5 sets including warm up set. 20-15 reps. Squeezing at the top of each rep. Next is machine squat. Normally, he does free weight squats but he's having an issue in his right hip so he's been doing these types of squats. 10-15 reps. Next is horizontal leg press. Can't go deep so he did 4 sets 50-70 reps. He's going for 100 reps next week. Next is hack squats 4 sets for 15 reps. Next is walking lunges outdoors. He does 2 down & back cycles. Prep is going well for Hide. Hide uses Oxygen 4 Energy for recovery & that's his secret.
