Chris Cormier Trains Aled Barry's Chest at Golds Gym Venice!


First exercise is smith machine incline press. They're just getting the chest pumped. Next is machine press. Aled loves training with this new equipment. Chris shows an unique piece of equipment. I wish I had that in my gym. Next is db flyes. Aled is feeling the squeeze. Aled always has been working on his upper chest. It's his weakness. Next is decline bench press. Another piece of equipment I never seen before. It's hitting the rear delts. Next is shrugs.
