Stephanie's back is her strengthen while her delts are a weak point. She'd hit the delts twice a week: One heavy day & One TUT (Time Under Tension) day. She says she trains like a guy. She does carb cycling. 50-60 grams of carbs for her low day, medium is over 100 grams & high day is over 200 grams. She doesn't take a lot of supplements. She runs a nutrition company. She wears heels for everything except where she works.
