Robert Burneika One Week Out from his Pro Debut

The Super Freak Robert Burneika

Robert looks huge & very vascular. He trains with Hammer Strength Flat Press 1st with low reps & heavy weight. Next, Incline DB Press for 8-10 reps. After that, Hammer Strength Decline Press to bring out the lower chest. Now, he hits cable crossovers. Everything is a heavy movement to push out the muscle. Now, he hits triceps. He's got George Farah prepping for his diet. 1st, he hits One Hand Overhead DB Extension. Still moving heavy weight but not as heavy as off-season. Heavy Tricep Pushdowns but they look like Dips to me. 3rd, he hits Cable Pushdowns.
