Wow, I didn't know Charles Glass was an engineer. That's shocking. After a layoff, he decided to start training people besides himself. The first guy he helped train was Mike Christian. Mike was an awesome bodybuilder. Mike's results made him getting better & better & the names were coming in. He's humble & a person who likes to work. He talks working with Dexter & Victor. He always wanted to work with Jay Cutler. He would change just a little on Jay & make him even better. He mentioned Shawn Ray & he could have his hands on him, he'd have been even better than he was. Plus, working with Flex, Chris & Paul how competitive they were in the gym. He working with Dexter & Silvio Samuel when his life gets in order.
