Matt has been competing since 2006. His arms & hams are a weak bodypart so he wanted to do volume training for weak bodyparts & hopefully they grow for him. He'll be happy getting another qualification for a national show. He did a lot more isolation movements for his arms to grow. He likes to superset his arms. He uses a good amount of carbs. He uses aminos, creatine, fish oil & sometimes a pre-workout for the caffeine. He uses deep tissue massage therapy, which is very beneficial. He cooks all his meal. He hits some poses for the camera.
