Dorian Yates epic Q and A seminar at 2011 BodyPower Expo. Blood and GUTS!

Dorian would've done another year or two if he didn't get taken out of bodybuilding due to injury. He never eyed Haney's record. He's an out or nothing type when it came to bodybuilding. He said, Americans are introduce to weights at sometime or another with their sports they are involved in. Short & intense bursts when you train will help the muscle growth. He did 6-8 reps for his back training. When he trains, he would explode at the top but control the negative on the way down. Negative has more muscle damage & your stronger at the negative part. He said one set to failure is efficient for one exercise. You must cycle the heavy failure sets. Set small goals to attain a few large goals. He would use cardio is a calorie burning tool. More muscle, more calories burned. He talks how he trains now. It's not easy to have a full time job & be a bodybuilder.
