Cutler's Q and A seminar at BodyPower


Jay liked Chris Dickerson but he followed Bob Paris on training when he was 16 years old. He was disappoin Self satisfaction. He spends $100,000 on food. He has no plans for kids now but who knows. His post carb is his shake then steak or chicken with rice or potato within 45 mins. He's on a glute free diet & he doesn't like brown rice. He lets his body take a 2 month break after the Olympia. He tries to get 5 hours of sleep. 45 mins of cardio on an empty stomach. If his body needs it, he'll add an extra session of cardio. As well, he do 1 session for 8 weeks & then 2 session for the final 8 weeks of his Olympia prep. Jay loves to get back to the fans. He's a high volume trainer for large bodyparts, it's 30 sets & smaller bodyparts around 20 sets. His failure point could be around 12-20 reps. 500-700 grams of carbs a day leading up to competition. When he's bulking, it can go up to 1,000 carbs per day. He gets motivated by the fans! He's an influence to many fans to become something in the future. He uses a lot of the products from his endorsement deals. He has fun with a lady fan. He talks about how his training & making quality time with the wife. He talks about his Hercules movie. He hits some poses for the fans.
