Branch has been doing seminars all over the England, Scotland & Wales. Plus, he got to train with Dorian Yates at Dorian's gym. Branch idolizes Dorian for his intensity & he has trained like Dorian before using one set to failure but Branch loves to train. Branch has been at his heaviest at 275 lbs in the off-season. Branch called Johnnie to train & now, both of them have gotten better especially Johnnie. Branch got pissed at Ronny for pushing him to make his way during the posedown. You can be aggressive but you gotta show some sportsmanship.
