Sizov is 3 weeks out from the Flex Pro show & he's gain 8 lbs of muscle since the winning his pro card at the USA's. He's gonna wow the crowd with his acrobatic routine. People may not know but Sizov was a gymnast for 13 years. Good luck Vladimir at the Flex Pro.
