Shawn Robinson and trainer Nick Medici train chest at Bev's Powerhouse Gym


BPI sponsored athlete Shawn Robinson is making big changes with his trainer 2010 Teen National Winner Nick Medici and his new prep coach Fakhri Mubarak. Shawn talks about how his trainer has pushed him to new levels this year. Nick feels that Shawn has the size, just needs to bring insane conditioning this year to get to the next level in his career.

Shawn talks about the increase in intensity that Nick changed with his workouts and how Nick also tweaked his rep range from low reps to higher reps of 10-12. Shawn talks about the changes Fakhri made in his diet and the use of BPI supplements.

Shawn is 10 weeks out from his show. Nick & his father tell Shawn 7 more reps. Shawn was used to doing 4-6 reps & be content. His diet prep changes every week. He has the size but he just has to get conditioning & posing right. Good Luck to Shawn at his show. I think he's doing the NY Metros.
