Candice's back workout consists of the following:

Warmup: WG Parallel grip lat pulldown for 15-20 reps at a light weight
1. WG Parallel Grip lat pulldown - 3 x 10-12 reps increasing weight each set.
2. Superset: Cable Pullovers with Rope Pulls - 3 x 10-12 reps each exercise.
3. Superset: One Arm Cable Row with CG Lat Pulldown - 3 x 10-12 reps each exercise.
4. Superset: DB Pullover on bench with Underhand grip BB Bent Over Row - 3 x 10-12 reps each exercise.
5. Weighted Hyperextensions - 3 x 10-12 reps

Candice does volume train in her workouts. She hits all of the back & giving the V-Taper look.
