ULTIMATE RECOVERY

This is from Optimum Nutrition
This smoothie i use for Breakfast, but its great for packing on a little mass, or recovery after a real intense workout.

Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
4 Egg Whites
¼ cup Fat Free Milk
½ cup Ice Cubes
1 Serving Vassive Ea8
2 servings Milk Chocolate 100% Oats & Whey
1 serving Cookies & Cream 100% Casein Gold Standard

Directions:
1. Just put the liquid and ice first
2. then the 4 Lg Egg Whites
3. then the Peanut Butter and Banana
4. then the powders
5. add water to desired consistency (If needed)
6. It just about fills in your Shaker Cup

Nutritional Facts:
825 calories, 97g protein, 87g carbs, 13g fat
