Chocolate creamy shake with bits of almond crunch
Ingredients:
1 oz Almonds
6 oz Fat Free Milk
1 tsp Cocoa Powder
½ cup Ice Cubes
1 scoop Chocolate Whey protein
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender or magic bullet, mix and enjoy.
Side Note:
You can take out the almonds if its post work out.
