INGREDIENTS:
• 1 week-old whole wheat bun (hardened)
• 1 clove garlic
• 6 oz cooked lean ground turkey breast (already combined with 2 tbsp salsa, 2 tbsp onion and 1 cup brown rice)
• 1/2 carton egg whites
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat oven to 350°F. In a food processor or blender, grind bun to make crumbs and toss in garlic. In a mixing bowl, combine meat mixture with egg whites and garlic crumb mix. Place in loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes. Make sure to wash your hands with hot, soapy water after handling the raw turkey meat.
