THE GUNS OF WRATH, Training Arms With Frank McGrath


Frank McGrath takes us through his pump arm workout. He has two arm sessions. He starts with EZ bar curls. Next is one arm preacher curls. Next is rope hammers. Next is behind-the-back wrist curls. Next is dumbbell wrist curls. Next is reverse curls. Last is wrist rollers. Not too many gyms have this. You can make this at home. All you need is a broom handle or pipe, rope, and a weight. Frank stop using straps unless he needs it especially for heavy deadlifts.

This is a great gym to workout at. This was my first time coming here and it had the great old school hardcore gym I love to train at. It was cool to meet new IFBB Pro Roman Fritz and listened to his Q&A on nutrition, training and other things. I advise for everyone to get a guest pass & train at Muscle Mill. Great equipment to get the job done. I had a great chest & tri's training with Tyler Cohen. Be on the lookout for him.

"Huge on a Hundred" with Evan "Ox" Centopani


Evan shows us how to get huge with $100. Take a look at what he bought from the store & cooked to show you what your meals are. This is suppose to last for a week.

Pro-level nutrition secrets
  • Think value even when you've got money. All hail chicken thighs!
  • Seasoning, baby. Ox knows parsley helps him get all that rice down the hatch. Find your spice and use it!
  • The most important app on your smart phone? The calculator. Use it to calculate grams of protein per dollar, not just per pound.
  • Get precise. Ox put more than 15 pounds of chicken in his cart at first, when he only needed 14.
  • Lean meat shrinks less when cooking. If you're buying ground beef, go 85% lean or higher.
  • Don't be afraid to put something back on the shelf if you find a better deal later on.
  • Think size, not just quantity. A 12-pack of jumbo eggs can provide the same protein as a more expensive 18-pack of large eggs, but with less overall fat.
  • Buy vegetables that will stay fresh and resist wilting, like cabbage and kale. You'll waste less and eat more.
