Frank McGrath takes us through his pump arm workout. He has two arm sessions. He starts with EZ bar curls. Next is one arm preacher curls. Next is rope hammers. Next is behind-the-back wrist curls. Next is dumbbell wrist curls. Next is reverse curls. Last is wrist rollers. Not too many gyms have this. You can make this at home. All you need is a broom handle or pipe, rope, and a weight. Frank stop using straps unless he needs it especially for heavy deadlifts.
