Dallas McCarver's Journey to Greatness Video Series - Arm Training


Dallas warms up his triceps with tricep pushdowns superset with underhand grip pushdowns. Nest is close grip bench press. Pressing 315. Next is goes back to pushdowns. He uses rest-pause in his sets.
Next is tricep extensions superset with machine dips. Next is one arm rope extensions. Now, biceps are up. He starts with cable curls. Next is DB curls. He's coming out with his own clothing line, so be looking out for it soon. Next is machine preachers. Next is reverse curls. Next is cable hammer curls.
