Are You Making Progress?

If you are like me you ALWAYS want results and you HATE FAILING to progress.

This is the nature of someone who strives for perfection. The fact you are reading this tells me you want more.

Without results, your efforts in the gym and time spent preparing your food seems wasted.

I'm sure you have enjoyed spells where you have made progress and other periods of time where you haven't managed to progress as well, if at all.

The reality is, if are struggling to make significant changes to your physique it is because of the following -

. You don't train hard enough
. You don't know how to train properly
. You aren't disciplined with their food
. You don't know what to eat

Yes, genetics are always a limiting factor for you. But if you are committed, you will still see very positive changes compared to your starting point.

Fortunately, it is quite easy to assess progress using these three things.

. Progress photos, in the same light/angle
. Waistline measurements
. Weight changes
. Site measurements (i.e. bicep measurement)

The reality is, apart from "weight changes" which is ONLY an indicator and NOT always a true representation for multiple reasons the rest DO NOT lie.

You are either progressing, or you are not.

If you are not then your training or diet needs to change, ultimately. Or, you NEED to be more consistent with your training and diet.
