Magnesium Benefits

Excellent for helping your muscles relax and getting a good nights rest to recovery. Low magnesium levels will decrease your insulin sensitivity and it is necessary for over 300 chemical reactions in the body. Different types (glycinate, citrate, aspartate) have slightly different applications so be sure to look them up. Avoid oxide and sulfate forms of magnesium as they are less bioavailable.
