Testosterone Tip!!

Testosterone tip!! Guys, you're getting KILLED with your test levels these days. Environment, diet and training all play a factor. What can you do TODAY? It's "simple", but not always "easy". Then again, if you want to make it happen, get it done.

#1 Get more quality sleep. Away from electronics and artificial light
#2 More green vegetables (cruciferous especially)
#3 More zinc, beta-alanine, BCAAs, high fat diet, and don't be afraid of dietary cholesterol.
#4 Meditate 10 minutes a day
