Taking MCT

Taking MCTs before training will provide an energy source for your body without increasing insulin. This will allow you to continue to burn a maximal amount of fat during training. It can also have a beneficial effect on your mental focus. Start with 4-7g before training.
MCTs are immediately processed in the liver and will NOT be stored as fat, even if you have a high carb shake post workout.
