Carb Cycling

Carb cycling is an excellent strategy for getting lean while maintaining your muscle in the process.
There are many ways to do it, but the simplest is to just reduce carbs on non-training days and make up the difference in calories with healthy fats and protein. DO NOT get too drastic with your changes or you will have nowhere to go when you hit a plateau.
