Beta Alanine Tip

Love the 'burn' of lactic acid but don't want it to stop the set? Accumulation of lactic acid will eventually prevent the muscle from contracting with full force. Supplementing with Beta Alanine before training will help buffer the hydrogen ions and slow the accumulation of lactate so that you can keep cranking out the reps and push through the burn.
