Quick Meal: Shrimp Stir-Fry

Servings: 1
Ingredients: 
1 cup  frozen mixed stir-fry vegetables
6 oz  shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp  soy sauce
nonstick cooking spray

Equipment:

  • Skillet

Instructions:

  1. Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and add vegetables.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables begin to thaw (about five minutes).
  3. Add shrimp and soy sauce; continue cooking until shrimp are pink and tender.
