Staying on Track

The best way to stay on track is to organize yourself.

For example plan a certain day to do all your grocery shopping, maybe a Friday so that you have all food you need for the coming week.

Plan a day to cook and prep all your meals, so that your not stressing during the week cause your day didn't go as planned and now you don't have time to cook & you miss a meal. Have it ready so you can grab and go no matter what life throws at you during the week.

Set timers for yourself things get hectic sometimes, time goes by fast when your busy and before you know it you haven't eaten in 4 hrs, so sometimes that reminder is just what you need to stay on time with your meals.

Just simple changes can make a world of a difference take a step back, organize yourself and start creating habits that will keep you on track and keep you from getting stressed and overwhelmed.
