Recovering from Surgery

Hey everybody, as you see I haven't been on for a while. I'm recovering from my surgery. So no lifting for me until the doctor clears me & I'll be ready to hit the stage in 2013. I got surgery in my right groin & it's painful at times but I walk slowly so nothing happens to it. I'll be putting some new pics & video soon. Plus, I gotta get a new computer so give me times & your product reviews, contest coverage, recipes, tips, videos will be back on again. I'm getting my supplies ready for the new transformation of me for 2013. You'll see some new things coming up. Talk to you soon, Ian
