Kai is a great performer. He looks good at 289. You can see the dance classes his taking are not only helping out his flexibility but his muscle looks different too. Mike looks like he 12-16 weeks out from a show. Looks good. It looks like Mike won't competing this year. He's gonna put on some quality muscle & give the fans a better showing of himself.
