Dexter "The Blade" Jackson Slaughters Back 2.5 Weeks Out from the 2012 Arnold Classic

 
 Dexter starts with lat pulldowns, 3-4 sets. Next is T-Bar rows, 4-5 sets. Plus, he did drop sets on his last set. Next is hammer strength pulldowns. Last exercise is smith machine deadlift. He likes to do these in the beginning of the workout.
