Dexter "The Blade" Jackson Crushes Quads 3 Weeks Out from the 2012 Arnold Classic

 
 Dexter starts with leg extensions, 5-7 sets. Next is heavy leg press. Next is reverse squats, 4-6 sets, heavy. Finishing off with squats. Short & simple!!!!
