Jay's getting ready for the Olympia while Seth is taking the year off & heading for the open class. Seth is filling out his frame. Hany says Seth is doing great & his keeping his body fat low. Hany hates when athletes get sloppy. Hany is gonna be staying with Jay for the last part of the Olympia. Since Jay in high demand, Hany wants Jay just to get the meals & workouts in. Besides the FST-7, Hany also uses 5x5, 5x7 & any other high intensity sets & reps range. Hany said that Seth had to back off from using Jay's weight. He wants Seth to get the contractions & squeeze & not to just pull the weight. A lot of people wanted to be "Feroce Shredded" which is huge compliment for someone who's only done four shows in his life. In part 2, Seth gets a visit from Kevin Levrone & makes Seth trains legs.
