Chris Cormier Training Aled Barry's Legs at Golds Gym Venice!



Chris wants to give Aled a great leg pump before his show. They start off with leg extensions. Bill Grant makes a cameo appearance. Next is leg press going with full ROM. Aled doesn't have the Hack squat machine so it was different for him. Next is walking lunges. Those are rough! Next is single leg curl & Aled's mind muscle connection is strong on this exercise. Next is lying leg curls. Chris is making Aled get some grilled food from Whole Food & he'll get harder with posing.
