Animal Nutrition Presents BodyPower Interviews w/X-Man Freeman, Alvin Small and MORE w/Giles!!


Giles & Toney were talking about his Arnold placings. Giles thinks he got a raw deal for being placed 9th at the Arnold. Toney's doing the Europa Super Show in Dallas. Toney said that Spain was a nightmare for him. He starting his Olympia prep early this year. He talks about how bodybuilding is more mental & you're in control of your body. They were talking about tall bodybuilders & how there's not many of them. 

 

Lee didn't wanna rush his training for the British Grand Prix so he bailed out but he's doing the Sacramento Pro for the 212 class. He'd normally sucked down for the 202 but now, he feels good at 208-210 lbs.  He has a gym that was a church which is interesting. He wants to compete for himself. They are saying posing is dying. When he worked with Neil Hill, his body gets dialed in.

 

Berry has always been training & he's doing a lot of work as a photographer. Now, he's has his own line of supplements. Now, he's got as site to educate the people about bodybuilding, nutrition, training & whatever else. Berry is going be 50 years old. Bodybuilding is healthy done the right way. He wants to see the next Arnold. Someone with charisma & the total package. He would love to help Roelly out. He'd diet for a long time & eat up for the shows. He wants to do a photo book of bodybuilding not during the photo shoots. He starting with 21 products. He's hands on with the products.

 

Dave is a big dude. He's 6'2 weighing 270. He never wanted to lose his X-frame. He does a lot of core movements to keep the stomach in. Don't eat too much. He's getting ready for the British Championships. He works out with Zack Khan & tells Giles some stories about Khan. He talks about his bicep injury.

 

 They talk about his placings at the British Grand Prix & Spanish Pro. Those were his 1st 2 shows where he placed in the top 10. His next show is the Euro-Arnold. He wants more separation & detail for his next show. He eat more carbs in the off-season. He talks about the Bodybuilders he has seen at the expo. Plus, he needs to have better condition for the next show.

 

 Lee has been competing for 3 years. He has done 10 shows & won 8 of them. Dorian has been guiding him how to train hard & intense. He wants to weigh in 19 stones which is 266 lbs. He looks good for 6 days out from his show. He just wants to get better & better.
