Training Day: Chest, Forearms & Calves

Today at my gym, I switched up my chest training. I did 12-15 reps for my exercises. I like to switch up every week. I hit 4 sets of Incline DB press using 100-120 lb dbs. Next, Incline DB Flyes using 55-70 lb for 5 sets. I was focusing on the squeeze of the muscles. Then hit Flat DB press using the 120-135 lb & with the final 2 sets doing a rest-pause. Then to kill my pecs, I did a FST-7 on cable crossovers. Only 30 seconds to rest & pushing my body through hell. I was sore & pump from the squeezing the pecs for 3 seconds for every rep. I know the fibers were enriched with blood. I was supersetting my forearms through the entire chest workout. My forearms were on fire! It felt like they were cooking inside of me. I was doing wrist curls superset with reverse wrist curls. After that, I hit calves. I did 12 sets on calves. I just wanna make the calves pop out. They're growing slowly but surely. I only give them 30-45 seconds to rest. I wanna hit the calves with crazy intensity. That was my training for today. It didn't take a long time. I hit the body parts & I was out. That's my time.
