Focusing a point so you can concentrate on what you're doing. Try to keep everything smooth & steady. Depending on the look you want, that's how many reps you should do. If you're going for a leaner look, do 12-15 reps. When doing Incline DB Fly, pretend you're hugging a tree. Kevin talks about doing behind the neck press. You don't need a lot of weight. All the 3 delt heads are working. Kevin likes to do push & pull days.
