Hide starts off with pec deck for 4 sets 12-15 reps. Just putting blood in the muscle. Incline DB Press 4 sets for 8-10 reps with a couple forced reps & drop set in the final set. Seated Machine Press 4 sets for 10-15 reps not using heavy weight. Incline DB Flyes 4 sets for 15-8 reps. DB Pullover an old school exercise, 3 sets for 10-12 reps. Machine Press change your hand grip, 4 sets for 15-20 reps. DB close-grip press 3 sets 10-12 reps & you can go heavy on this. Cable crossovers 4 sets for 20 reps for squeeze. Next is Calves: Standing Calf Raises 4 sets for 20-30 reps. Seated Calf Raises 4 sets for 15-20 reps. High volume on calves. Hide is fuller & his prep is going well. Hide's tip for supplements, he likes Size On & SuperPump Max in his bottle. If he didn't drink this mix, he'd be dead.
