Flex talks about his beginning of bodybuilding. For the first 3-4 years in his bodybuilding career, he was just learning in general. He believed in super high reps & instinctive training aka his Flexology. Kevin's approach was to attack the weights & hit it heavy. Flex talks about his bench pressing because Kevin wanted to know did Flex every flat bench. Flex knew many guys who had great mid to lower pecs but he wanted great upper pecs like Arnold & the guys from the pen.
