Evan Centopani Trains with Dorian Yates


Evan starts with doing pullovers. Dorian making Evan work on squeezing the lats. Next is underhand rows on the Hammer Strength. Dorian was telling Evan how to squeeze that muscle even more & work on the negatives. Next is bent over rows. Dorian giving out a few pointers in bent-over rows. Next is wide grip cable rows. Next is hyperextensions. Squeezing at the top & bringing out the christmas tree. Deadlifts is up. Dorian said don't let it hit the floor. The weights are heavier at Temple Gym from Dorian. Dorian officially welcomed Evan to Temple Gym.
