Hidetada Yamagishi's Detailed Shoulder Workout with Eric Di Lauro at Gold's Venice



 
Military Press for 4-5 sets & heavy plus drop sets. DB Side Laterals are next. Drop sets from 40 lbs to 20 lbs with 15 reps each for 3 sets. Hammer Strength Press superset with plate Front raises. Cable side raises for 4 sets pulling from behind. Barbell front raises for 4 sets. 2 exercises for rear delts: Bent over raises & Pec Deck for 4 sets of 20 reps. Traps are next, Hammer Strength shrug machine using different grips for 4 sets. Eric Di Lauro is talking Hide's training & his cardio & how he looks.
