Train with Kai Contest Part 1 & 2

Kai starts with the treadmill as the 1st exercise but he talks about squeezing the glutes, hams & obliques as well. Abs are 20 minutes continuous exercises. Use your fingers to feel the obliques working. Yoga movements are a good way to stretch out the body. Kai is giving his trainee some wisdom, tips & all. Next is Hip Adduction, 5 sets & concentrate on the glute tie-in. Sit more forward & don't let your back rest. You'll lose the contraction. Drive your heels to the floor. You get a teaser of part 2 at the end of the video.

Brandon didn't realize he was gonna train with one of the best bodybuilders in the world until the night before his training day. In this video, the first exercise is the One leg box steps: this hits the glute/ham tie-in, 3 sets. Push the pelvis forward to open yourself & add it to every bent-over movement sounds interesting? Must be sharp with your mind muscle connection. Heavy weight isn't always everything. Most people see the pics & gotta jump onto something but most of the time it's for the camera. Moderate or low weight is where most of the damage is done. Next superset is Pull-ups, pulldowns & dips, 6 sets. Sometimes you need a full body workout to pump the body up & saving the joints until that real insane kicks into play. Endurance started to wear down on Brandon. Kai is pushing Brandon to the limit & beyond. Next exercise is Bent-over rows for 3 sets. Next exercise is the Clean & press for 3 sets. Kai making Brandon contract every muscle to make sure he feels every bit of it.
