Today Carlo cooks up a special dish: Balsamic Chicken with Yellow Squash and Zucchini
Ingredients: 2 Chicken breasts (10 oz.); ½ yellow squash; ½ zucchini; 4 garlic cloves; 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil; 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar; 1 ½ pinch of sea salt; 1 ½ pinch of black pepper; 4 fresh basil leaves; 1 pinch of oregano (optional).
Nutritional Info: Calories: 374; Protein: 47 grams; Carbs: 15 grams; Fats: 14 grams
This recipe is very easy but i don't like zucchini & squash so, I would use asparagus, broccoli, greens beans or snow peas. I wonder how spinach would be in this recipe? I'm happy for Carlo & now I can ask him questions on the MD site bout my cooking.
