Jay Cutler Trains his Back February 12, 2011


Jay weight is over 300 lbs & he going through his bulk up stage with some heavy movements. Jay doesn't have to follow the rules at this gym. Check it out around the 5:00 minute mark. Jay's doing a two arm DB row to focus on the thickness & middle back. Jay's hammering the Hammer Strength Rows. Now, he isolates the lats with the pullover machine. After a tough workout, Jay is rolling on the floor.
