Mike tackles the 200 lb dumbbell rows in this back training video! Mike talks about some the strategies he uses to maintain his 330 lb frame and gives some helpful tips on how to put on mass on a budget.
Mike talks about his bodybuilding training philosophies as well. He never trains the same way twice and believes in a combination of high volume and high intensity training.
Big Mike Van Wyck is a big man! Doing 200 lb dumbbell rows is crazy! Mike has a lot thickness but now, he needs with more detail in his back. High volume & high intensity work depending what bodypart(s) you use it for. Costco & BJ's is gonna be your best friend for getting your foods in bulk. Mike uses a belt to keep his waist down. Mike will be at the Arnold expo with the Animal/Universal Nutrition at the Cage & at the National ABC on Saturday night of the Arnold Classic.
