Nathalia Melo's Brazilian Bikini Butt WorkoutThe judges at the Olympia wanted Nathalia to work on her glutes more so now, she hits them twice a week. Also, she tried to stay within 5-6 lbs range for her contest. She couldn't compete in a national show cause she's not a citizen & Brazil doesn't have a bikini division. She'll be on the cover on Fitness Rx for Women and also MD's Major Distraction this month for the 2011 Arnold Edition. Also, she got a contract with Nutrex. She doing bodyweight jump squats to harden the glutes up. She didn't have fun at her last prep for her show. You need to have fun at what you do.
