This is awesome 'cause you may not like pills so now, you can put in a shaker bottle & get going for your workout. They improve on taste, which is great for everybody. I wish they filled Rage to top instead of leaving space in there. In all, it looks like a great product & I hope I get to try it at the next ABC or Animal event.
