That's very smart to hit your cardio first thing in the morning (which most people do) & last meal so your body can burn while you're sleeping. Train at a high intensity level & let the cardio do it's magic. Victor pumped his arms with lots of volume & he talked about people's early dieting & pre-contest mistakes.
Plus, Victor & Rodney Roller go to Nebraska Steak House for some good & big steaks! Mona Muresan, IFBB Figure Pro owns Nebraska Steak House which is also 'cause she knows what athletes want. 48 oz. sounds really good. The New York & Ribeye were looking really good.
