Hello People
Hey everyone, how's your training? My training is great so far. Yesterday, I hit legs! Oh yes, LEGS!!! Now for people train legs, you already know how that pain & DOMS gonna feel within the 2 day recovery process. My legs are pulsing & twitching. I love the feeling & I know my legs went to work. Now, I'm gonna be eating my 2nd meal shortly, which is grilled turkey & broccoli. Also, I forgot to mention that I tweaked my diet so I'm on 3 days with Protein & Healthy fats & 2 days with Protein & Veggies. Let me get going, talk to u soon. Ian.
