It's near Memorial Day weekend & I know most of us are getting ready to go or start some bbqing it up. My tip is that you're dieting or just maintaining & not trying to gain weight during this stretch of delicious food & drinks, then bring your own food. You're not being rude & most people understand why you did that.
Now, I'll let you know what's going on with me. Well, I'm training a co-worker & from that, more people wanna train with me. That's awesome for me. It's in perfect time for the wedding & honeymoon. Plus, I can start building my home gym.I'm amped that the Super Bowl will be in my neck of the woods in 2014. It's gonna be crazier than usual. This weekend, I gotta get fitted for my tux. I'm gonna be on the next GQ cover...lol. Probably hitting the some gatherings & just having fun. Talk to you guys later
