Salmon Salad Wrap

Ingredients:
1/2 (14.75 oz.) can wild red salmon
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 tbsp. capers
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. olive oil
1 large low-carb whole-wheat tortilla
1/2 cup lettuce, chopped

Directions:
In a medium bowl, mash salmon with a fork; add red onion, capers, lemon juice & olive oil, & mix to combine. Spread salmon mixture onto tortilla, top with lettuce & roll up.
