Ingredients:
• 1lb chicken breast, cubed
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 16 oz fat free refried beans
• 1 cup wheat germ
• 6 whole wheat tortillas
• 10 oz salsa
• 3 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Cook the chicken, pepper and spices in a nonstick pan for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add the beans and wheat germ. Add _ cup of the chicken filling to each tortilla, roll up and place seam side down in a nonstick baking dish. Top with salsa. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with sour cream and salsa.
Side Note: Can you substitute any meat you want.
